Egg Free Premix Vanilla
Flavoured - 1kg
Water - 550g
Oil - 50g
Method
- Weigh premix & water accurately.
- Place water, Premix in a mixing bowl and mix it at a slow speed for 1 min.
- Scrape the batter and whisk at high speed for 3 min.
- Reduce the mixing speed & pour the oil in the batter then whisk at slow speed for 1 min.
- Pour the batter in previously greased mould at the capacity of 3/4th.
- Bake at 160°C for 35-40 mins.
