Egg Free Premix Vanilla

Flavoured - 1kg

Water - 550g

Oil - 50g

Method

  • Weigh premix & water accurately.
  • Place water, Premix in a mixing bowl and mix it at a slow speed for 1 min.
  • Scrape the batter and whisk at high speed for 3 min.
  • Reduce the mixing speed & pour the oil in the batter then whisk at slow speed for 1 min.
  • Pour the batter in previously greased mould at the capacity of 3/4th.
  • Bake at 160°C for 35-40 mins.

Chocolate flavoured – 1kg

Water - 550g

Oil - 70g

Method

  • Weigh premix & water accurately.
  • Place water, Premix in a mixing bowl and mix it at a slow speed for 1 min.
  • Scrape the batter and whisk at high speed for 3 min.
  • Reduce the mixing speed & pour the oil in the batter then whisk at slow speed for 1 min.
  • Pour the batter in previously greased mould at the capacity of 3/4th.
  • Bake at 180°C for 30-35 mins.

Cake Premix - 1kg

Water - 550g

Oil - 50g

Method

  • Place water & Premix in a mixing bowl and whisk at slow speed for 1 min.
  • Scrape the batter & whisk at medium speed for 2 mins.
  • . Then add oil and whisk at slow speed for 1 min
  • Scrape the batter into well greased cake moulds.
  • Bake at 170°C for 30 to 35 mins.

Cake Premix - 1kg

Water - 400g

Oil - 535g

Method

  • Place 1 kg premix, water and oil in a mixing bowl and whisk in flat-blade for 1 minute at slow speed.
  • Mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
  • Place in the muffin shape cup and bake at 240°C upper and 210°C lower for 8-10 minutes.

Water - 265g

Oil - 300g

Method

  • Place 1 kg premix, water, egg and oil in a mixing bowl and whisk at slow speed for 1 min.
  • Scale the batter and whisk at medium speed for 3 min.
  • Scrape the batter into well greased muffin moulds.
  • Bake at 190°C for 15 mins.

Method

  • Place 1 kg premix, water, egg and oil in a mixing bowl and whisk at slow speed for 1 min.
  • Scale the batter and whisk at medium speed for 3 min.
  • Scrape the batter into well greased muffin moulds.
  • Bake at 190°C for 15 mins.
